Who we are

This website is run by Vedhanga Gurukula. Vedhanga Gurukula is a brand operated by Jagadeesh S, an individual sole proprietor based in Karnataka, India. Vedhanga Gurukula and wXonAura are brands operated by Jagadeesh S, an individual sole proprietor based in Karnataka, India; they are not separate companies. In this policy, “we” means Jagadeesh S, operating as Vedhanga Gurukula.

This website

• This website gives information about our consultations, courses and knowledge guides. It has no contact forms, sign-up forms or comment boxes.
• It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this website itself.
• It does not take bookings or payments. Prices, where shown, are read from our booking system for information only.
• Our web host keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested) for security and operation.

When you contact us

If you call, message or write to us, we receive what you choose to share (for example your name, phone number, email address and your question). We use it only to answer you and to arrange a consultation or course you ask about.

Your Vedhanga Gurukula account

“Sign in” links on this website take you to your account on VGSuite, our separate booking and reports system. Your account details, the birth details you give for a consultation, bookings, reports and any payment records are kept there, under the privacy notice of your account. That notice is published at https://vgsuite.com/privacy.php. Online booking and payment are not currently enabled; when they are, payments are made only inside your account, never on this website.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was given, and longer only where the law requires it, for example accounting and tax records of payments.

Deleting your account

Accounts cannot yet be deleted online, but you may request manual account deletion by emailing the Grievance Officer at Info.energyhygienexkgf@gmail.com. Your request will be recorded, acknowledged within 48 hours, and manually processed within one month. Copies of your information in our security backups are not changed; they are deleted when those backups expire under our backup schedule, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records, are kept even after an account is deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that run our systems for us (for example web hosting and email delivery), or when the law requires it. This website is hosted by Hostinger, and our primary hosting server is located in India. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

Your rights

You can contact us with questions about your personal information, to ask for it to be corrected, or with a complaint. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or update it, or withdraw a consent you have given. For any other request, including withdrawing a consent, contact the Grievance Officer (below) by phone, WhatsApp, email (Info.energyhygienexkgf@gmail.com), or post. The privacy notice of your account describes these requests in full.
